FLAT TEMPERED GLASS AND HEAT-STRENGTHENED GLASS

Procedures:
Tempered glass is made by heating flat glass to just below its softing temperature and suddenly cooling it with jets of cold air. lt results the outer skins under powerful compressive stress and the interior with severe tensile stress.the difference between tempered glass and the heat-strengthened 
glass is the different parameter in the heating and cooling process.
Performance:
Tempered glass is excellently safer glass and the fragment of which does no big harm to humans. It is 4-5 times harder than ordinary annealed glass.Heat-strengthened glass has a strength that is 2-3 times than the ordinary anneal glass. with a relatively low proportion of spontanecus brakeage,heat-sterngthened
glass retain in the frame after breakage because of the blocks that radiate to the edge of the glass. which make the replacement of the glass more convenient

CURVED TEMPERED GLASS

Manufacture techniques:
The glass is heated over its softening temperature, and curved to the radius that requires. By suddenly chilling it with jets of cold air, then shape into curved 
tempered glass with radian required.
Performance:
The curved tempered glass has the same safety and ability of anti-impact as flat tempered glass, while has a better wind pressure strength and deflection
 than flat tempered glass.
Scope of Applications:
Glass assembled on the sites with the requirement for the appearance, safety and strength.

HEAT SOAK TREATMENT
Equipment:
Computerized heated air circulation heat soak furnace
Procedures:
Keep the tempered glass in the funace for 2-8 hours at the temperature of 290ºC±10ºC, then take out after cooling
Application Scopes:
In order to reduce spontaneous breakage of tempered glass, heat soak test is needed by tempered glass that is used in the field of architecture, sanitary,
 furniture, electron.
Our Characteristics:
Use a thermometer to control the temperature of the glass surface to ensure the standard envrionment of the heat soak test that is going under 290ºC±10ºC.
Glass with Nis will be break in the furnace at most and the proportion of spontaneous breakage will be highly reduced.
Spontaneous breakage of tempered glass and Solution:
The spontaneous breakage of tempered glass is caused by the existance of Nis in the raw material.Nis can not be eliminated completely because it is a resultant of the reaction When producing the raw material.When glass is heated for tempering Nis will tranaform from β state to α state,but when glass is then quenchod, 
Nis will not be ablo to return to the original β state.  With the passing of time and corresponding change of the environment, α-Nis will return to β -Nis and its volume will expand for 2-4%. The expansions of Nis volume will possibly tigger the glass to break eventually. Spontaneous breakage of tempered glass 
will bring much trouble, especially when it is installed to use. The practical solutions many technicians follow are:
1. Heat soak teat is a selective process which allows tempered glass to break in the heat soak furnace, and the percentage of spontaneous breakage will be greatly reduced.
2. Use the heat strengthed glass instead of the tempered glass to make the replacing process easy.
3. Prepare more spare parts in order to replace the broken panel in time because of the relatively low percentage of  spontaneous breakage. Although
 heat soak test can not eliminate the spontaneous breakage of the tempered glass, it will greatly reduce the chance of tempered glass breaking. The stress
of the glass will slighty drop after the heat soak test. Because there is no specfic way to identity whether the glass has already been heat soaked, it is advised to 
select glass manufactures with well reputation to conduct the test.

FLAT/CURVED LAMINATED GLASS
Equipment:
Two production lines for flat and curved laminating glass
Procedures:
Two or more sheets of glass bonded together with one or more interlayers(PVB). And then converge with high temperature and high pressure.
Performance:
Laminated glass is a kind of safe glass because of the fragment will stick to each other after being impinged. Besides, it can effectively prevent the hard object from
penetrationg through the glass , greatly reducing the harm done to humans.Three or more sheets with two or more pieces of PVB will be used as theftproof and 
bulletproof glass.Laminated glass can block the ultraviolet radiation effectively by 99%, so that objects inside the room can be prevented from aging caused by the sunshine. People can enjoy the sunlight without worrying about being burnt by the ultraviolet radiation.Laminated glass can reduce the spread of sound.

FLAT/CURVED INSULATED GLASS

Equipment:
Austria LISEC insulating production line with the aluminum automatic bending machine and desiccant filling machine.
Procedures:
Insulating glass is a multi-glass combination consisting of two or more panels enclosing a hermetically-sealed air space. The  sheets are connected by an aluminium spacer with the desiccant inside, and the whole unit is hermetically assembled by 
double sealant (butyl, ply-solitude, silicon, etc.). The function will be enhanced if the function of insulated glass will be 
enhanced if inert gas was filled.
Performance:
Heat insulation. Low coefficient of heat conductivity can prevent the effective exchange will be of the heat.The energy 
consumption (air conditioner, central heating ,etc.) will be cut down accordingly.
Sound insulation. The noise can be cut down by 30~45 db. With insulated glass assembled on the doors and windows, 
a quiet and comfortable environment for work and rest will still be kept even if you are in the downtown area with 
busy traffic.
Anti-condensation. Insulated glass keeps good perspective property without dew or fog even at the temperature below-45ºC.
